The models were arranged in their places in the beginning of the day to determine how we should proceed with the painting. We even discovered a hole where we realized it would benefit the project to have another model...which we didn't have on hand. So I (Julie) stepped in to be painted for the first time ever! I can definitely empathize with my models now!

Three of the models goofing around while the artists placed them in formation to get a better idea of how their painted swords would overlap and fit together. Seeing the big picture while painting a couple of models at a time was a challenge, for sure!
